Thank you for choosing to pre-order with us. Please read the following carefully before placing your order:

1. Authenticity & Source

All pre-order items are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the official store in the USA.
We manage the international shipping and customs process, and deliver directly to you in New Zealand.

2. Deposit & Payment Terms

• A $50 deposit (or full payment) is required to secure your pre-order.
• The deposit acts as a security for your item and is non-refundable under any circumstance.
• Pre-orders are final, cannot be cancelled, and cannot be refunded once placed.
• The item will only be released and shipped once full payment has been received.
• You may pay the remaining balance at your own pace for manual laybuy, but full payment must be completed within 8 weeks (2 months) from the date of the deposit.

3. Shipping Timeline

• Items are shipped from the official store in the USA and typically arrive in New Zealand within 2–4 weeks, depending on supplier dispatch and international shipping timelines.
• Once the item arrives in New Zealand and your payment is complete, it will be shipped to you on the same day or the next business day.
• You will receive tracking information once your item has been dispatched.

4. Combined Orders

• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we will hold the in-stock items and ship everything together unless you request and pay for separate shipping.

• Full payment must be completed within the agreed time frame.
• Your item will be released only after full payment has been received.
• Shipping will occur on the same day or next business day after final payment.​
